SKU Agency was built on a simple belief: ecommerce businesses don't fail because of a lack of tools. They struggle because they lack clear systems.
Our founder, Ramin Ramhormozi, started working in ecommerce in the late 1990s, long before Shopify existed and long before launching an online store was considered mainstream. Over the past 25+ years, he has worked as a merchant, consultant, strategist, and advisor helping entrepreneurs navigate the constantly evolving world of digital commerce.
SKU Agency was originally launched as a broader ecommerce consulting and marketing firm focused on helping brands build and grow online stores. Over time, the agency worked with hundreds of ecommerce companies across industries, helping them improve their operations, marketing strategy, and digital infrastructure.
As the ecommerce landscape matured, one insight became increasingly clear.
Most merchants spend the majority of their time and budget acquiring customers, yet leave significant revenue untapped after that first purchase. The missing piece for many brands is retention—and more specifically, the strategic use of email and SMS.
That realization led SKU Agency to focus deeply on messaging.
